Terms & Conditions 

 

*     Once we have received your order, we will send you a receipt for the deposit and confirm the balance due excluding postage and packing.  All orders are sent out by Special Delivery.  Postage & Packing costs will be confirmed on your final invoice for the remaining balance.

 

*     A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due when an order is placed.  If an order is less than £150 or the turnaround is less than 6 weeks then full payment is required to confirm the order.

 

*    The remaining 50% must be paid at least 14 days prior to dispatch of each stage of the order.  Goods will only be dispatched after full payment of each stage has been received and cleared.

 

*     Proof reading is the sole responsibility of the customer.  We cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed after the customer has approved the proofs.

 

*     Cancellation of an order must be made in writing.  All payments already made are non-refundable.  If an order is cancelled after the work has commenced then a charge will be made for any additional costs we have incurred.

 

*     All orders are subject to stock availability.  If we experience any difficulty with our supply of materials, we will contact you before we commence production and if necessary suggest alternative materials.

 

*    We would recommend that your order includes all your stationery requirements including sufficient quantities of spares to allow for extra guests, mistakes etc.  We cannot be held responsible if further orders cannot be fulfilled due to unavailable or discontinued materials.

 

*     If the customer wishes to make changes to an order where the work has already taken place, then additional charges will be made.

 

*    We would recommend that you supply guests' names to us by email to ensure there is no misunderstanding with spelling.  It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure they supply the correct spelling of names.  An additional charge will be made for any work produced with spelling mistakes that have gone unnoticed (unless we are responsible for the mistake).

 

*    Prices are subject to change without any prior notice.  However, any price increase will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

 

*   It is the customers' sole responsibility to gain copyright permission for use of hymns in the Order of Service.

 

*    All items are checked thoroughly before despatch and are packaged to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.  In the unlikely event of damage occurring during transit, please contact us immediately.  Whilst we cannot accept liability for damage to goods in transit, loss or delay, we are happy to assist you in any compensation claim.

 

*    All items will have a small Elegant Touch Designs logo printed on the back.
