*Select the quantities of each item you would like to order. We would advise you to order a few extra’s for those last minute guests or in case of mistakes when writing them out.
*Fill in the Order Form and return to Elegant Touch Designs along with your deposit of 50% to secure your order. Please make cheques payable to Elegant Touch Designs.Please also remember to supply additional information where appropriate, such as:
· Details of the Order of Service
· Meal details for the menu
· Guest list and settings for the Table Plan
*It should be posted to: Elegant Touch Designs, 30 Ashdene Gardens, Reading, Berkshire, RG30 2EP.
*Some details may not be available when placing your order, but don’t worry, you can always send these to us at a later date.
*For orders less than £150 or your order turnaround is less than 6 weeks then full payment will be required. Please make cheques payable to Elegant Touch Designs.
*Once we receive your order (and initial payment) we will send you proofs of your wedding stationery. Please check these to ensure the spelling and wording are correct. Please sign and confirm the proofs and send back to us in order for us to proceed with the order.
*Approximately 6 weeks before the delivery date of your order we will send you an invoice for the balance. Once final payment has been received your order will then be despatched by special delivery.
*If you would like a bespoke design, or have your own ideas in mind please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.
